Coming Soon - The Daily Figure Star Wars Collection!
I'm a huge fan of Star Wars (who isn't?!). I will be drawing Daily Figure style versions of the characters from the SW movies and posting them here very shortly. Stay tuned! - Kyle

Did you know that a lot of the "look" of Star Wars was inspired by Sufi Muslims?
I know a couple, old American Sufi Muslim converts, who was approached by George Lucas when he was doing his research for the movie.

I think it was largely Japanese. There are some really good books out there on the Star Wars "look."
Ralph McQuarrie's site has quite a bit of info as well.
